Youth Services is so excited to partner again with the Niles West Girls Water Polo team in their effort to raise crucial funds and awareness for mental health services! These student athletes recognize that supporting this need in our community will have long-lasting effects.
On April 4th and 5th, the Niles West Girls Water Polo team will host a tournament at Niles North with eight local high schools. In addition to a great weekend of water polo competition, the teams are being challenged to fundraise competition leading up to the tournament! Participating schools include: Niles West, Glenbrook South, Maine South, Vernon Hills, Buffalo Grove, Hoffman Estates, Fremd, and Palatine.
The fundraising goal is $5,500, with the hope to support a child’s mental health scholarship services at Youth Services for one year. Fundraising will take leading up to the tournament weekend and throughout the event. Admissions, concessions profits, and donations will be collected to try and reach the goal!
