Compassionate Therapy for Children and Teens
Our licensed professional counselors and social workers offer in-person and virtual therapy for children and adolescents facing a range of emotional and mental health challenges, including:
- Depression and anxiety
- Bullying
- Family-related stress
- Grief and loss
- Sexual identity concerns
- Suicidal thoughts
Through a supportive therapeutic relationship, young people learn to set and work toward personal goals, develop healthy coping strategies, and build the emotional language needed to express and manage their feelings.
Our activity-based model utilizes therapeutic approaches such as play therapy, music therapy, and art therapy approaches to support healing and self-expression through a developmentally appropriate lens.
“Youth Services has given our family our happy-go-lucky Avery back. Even when she has a bad day at school, she is able to shake it off and have fun once she gets home thanks to some of the skills she has learned from her therapist.” -Parent
